Many web-goers are experienced in using the World Wide Web. However, to ensure that everyone has a more enjoyable experience while navigating our web site we have provided the following explanations in order to assist all of our visitors.

Navigation

Navigation of this site is on the top of the site of each page. Our menu is made using CSS and does not use javascript although the menu has a javascript-like feel to it. For our users that may have disabilities, the navigation menu will default to text links.

Browsers

This site has been tested on the following browsers:

Mac: Safari, Firefox, Opera 9.25, Netscape 9

Windows: Firefox 1.5, 2 & 3, Safari, Opera 8.1 & 9, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 5.5 6 & 7. However, this site is best viewed in IE and Chrome.

Optimum Resolution

This site is best viewed at 1024x768.

Validation of xhtml & CSS

Validation of the XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS of this site is by using the free tools at W3C and also by World Design Group (WDG).

Please note our CSS validates exept for the following:

The code related to the inner vertical scroll bar as not all browsers support this.

The code related to "border-radius" in our news ticker as it is CSS3 which is not supported in all browsers yet.

It is time that the makers of web browswers catch up with other advancing technology.

This site does use some javascript. In order for the "top of page", "back", and "New" scroller links to work, and the Printer-Friendly button, you will need to have javascript enabled on your computer. Both of our photo galleries use a javascript snippet.
