Our privacy policy is clear: we do not collect personal information unless it is provided to us by an Awards Applicant via the Awards Application Form or e-mail. Information is submitted to us via the form provided to us by Bravenet.com and submitted to us via E-mail, such information is kept by Pelaqita Persians Award Program in order to evaluate the Applicant's web site.

All information provided by an Awards Applicant is treated with strict confidentiality to ensure that the Applicant's privacy and security is maintained. Such information will not be altered in any way nor will it be forwarded, sold or otherwise dispersed to any individual, third party, (or parties) or corporate bodies.

Pelaqita Persians agrees to maintain a winners list (site name, site url, and possibly a screen shot) on Pelaqita Persians Award Program web site Winners page(s). By applying for our Award the applicant hereby grants us permission to list on the winners list for the life of this site the following: site name, site url, screen shot.

As stated below under COPPA, this web site does not collect any personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18).

This site utilizes a site counter that lets us see our web site traffic (see the list immediately below). We do not share this information with anyone else, it is strictly for Pelaqita Persians purposes in monitoring our web site.

C.O.P.P.A.

C.O.P.P.A. stands for the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. In general, it states that we (the web site) cannot collect any personal information - name, address, telephone number, or E-mail address - from any child under the age of 13 without parental consent. However, as set forth in Pelaqita Persians Award Program criteria we will not accept an application from anyone under the age of 18 as that is the legal age of majority in the United States.
