Comments: "I have evaluated this site before under several other APs, and I'm impressed that the webmaster has used some of our constructive feedback to make improvements to her site. Each time I see the site, it gets better and better.
The site is family friendly, interesting, easy to navigate and has pleasing colors and graphics. I like the way the Awards (complete with dates, ratings and laudations) are displayed.
The author offers very useful information to cat-lovers and also offers some good resources to webmasters. The content of the site seems very credible.
There are several external links (Valid Robots.txt on Site Specifics page and Pet People Place on Links page) that open in a "self" versus "blank" browser windows. Otherwise, the links seems to be in good working order and the site is well-maintained.
One thing that I did not find favorable was the "hover" effect on the text links at the bottom of the page. The links go from normal font type to an italicized font type (on mouse-over). Due to the fact that the italicized text is longer than the normal text, the entire line shifts to the right on mouse-over. This produces a dizzying effect and is not easy on the eyes."

The site is well organized and the design is very pleasing
to the
eye.
However, I feel there are far too many external links on this
site. I
would be much more interested in what YOU have to offer me,
rather
than
external links you recommend visiting.
